The hotel has a superb location near the Duomo. The staff was very friendly and accommodating . I found the complimentary mini bar in the room a nice touch with free soft drinks and water. The evening happy hour was a welcome addition with complimentary drinks in the bar.

The staff offered bag storage upon our early arrival (a very nice touch). Our room featured air conditioning that worked very well. I found the location perfect for exploring the area. I especially liked the complimentary Prosecco and snacks served before dinner.
The room's decor felt a little dated, but it was very very comfy and tidy.

the hotel had a fantastic location close to the cathedral and shopping areas. I appreciated the mini supermarket was very close. The breakfast was good and surpassed my expectations I had. The breakfast room had a good decoration too.
my room was somewhat old with outdated furniture. the biggest issue was the duvet covers. they used two sheets to wrap the duvet which i did not like. the duvet became uncovered during THE night.
